  The Willow Brook Centre, Bradley Stoke, Bristol is a 295,000 sq ft retail development anchored by a 126,500 sq ft Tesco Extra with a 26,000 sq ft covered mall of retail units, a new Town Square comprising approximately 13,000 sq ft and an external terrace of non-food retail warehousing comprising 75,000 sq ft including mezzanine.  Tenants include Brantano, Pets at Home, Giant Cycles, Specsavers, Carphone Warehouse and Costa Coffee.

  Trinity Square, Gateshead is a 300,000 sq ft retail led, mixed use development being undertaken by a Joint Venture between Gateshead Town Council and Spenhill Developments. Demolition is currently in progress and planning is due to be submitted in early 2010. The scheme will be anchored by a 120,000 sq ft Tesco Extra and a further 190,000 sq ft of retail space will be arranged in three open malls, forming the core of Gateshead’s new town centre. Located opposite Gateshead Metro and Quay Link bus interchange, the site will provide over 1,000 student beds, hotel and office accommodation, new Town Square and approximately 700 on-site parking spaces.
