Appointed to act for Burger King

We are thrilled to announce that we have recently been appointed to act for Burger King (BKUK) on their nationwide acquisition programme. 

BKUK is focused on opening over 40 restaurants a year and as a brand in the UK is currently operating 542 restaurants; 277 of these are BKUK owned. Recently opened stores include Lancaster, Walsall, Cramlington, Ruislip, Gateshead, Aberdeen, Middlesbrough, Penge, Pocklington and Welwyn Garden City. 

BKUK is looking for:

• Drive thru/drive to/inline and conversions considered
• Out of town/edge of town roadside locations
• Adjacent to supermarkets, retail and leisure parks
• Arterial routes
• Leasehold or Freehold sites
• Minimum 0.3 - 0.5 acres
• Retail parks 1,500 - 3,000 sq ft
• High Street 1,500 - 3,000 sq ft
