Pavers - New Instruction!

Dan Gazzard has been instructed to advise Pavers Shoes on their Out of Town and Outlet Centre acquisitions. With a proven format in Outlet Centres, Garden Centres and Shopping Centres it's now time for them to realise the potential of their business in the out of town sector. 

A great addition to any line up with some flexibility in their format, they are looking for units from 2,000 -5,000 sq ft nationally, with good parking and public transport links. All locations considered on merit.
