Morgan Williams has been instructed nationally by Tesla to secure sites for their EV Supercharging network.

• Priority locations on or close to Motorway and major highways.
• Proximity to amenities – food stores, F&B, retail and leisure parks.
• Tesla is seeking sites (Freehold or Leasehold) to accommodate 8+ Superchargers.
• They are seeking to build partnerships with landlords, operators, retailers or F&B.
• Increasingly opening up network to other manufacturers.
• Tesla incur all infrastructure and viability costs and provide sector leading rent or price, top class covenant and unquestionably best in class technology.
